Groupstorm will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

By visiting the Groupstorm Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Site Terms and any dispute that might arise between you and Groupstorm.

Any dispute relating to your visit to the Groupstorm Site or services provided by Groupstorm in which the aggregate total claim exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in state or federal court in King County, Washington.

You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
